Privacy Policy for the 432 Player Family

This Privacy Policy explains how Appum Studios, LTD. ("Appum Studios," "we," "us" or "our") handles information when you use the 432 Player family of products and services.

This Policy applies to the 432player.com website, the 432 Player web app (including 432hz.live), the Ultimate 432Hz Converter browser extension, 432 Player, 432 Player Radio, 432 Tuner and related mobile, TV, automotive and desktop versions where offered, as well as other Appum Studios products that link to this Policy (together, the "Products"). Available features, data practices and controls vary by Product, version, device, account status and region.

1. Information We Handle

Depending on the Product and the features you use, we may handle the following categories of information:

Account and profile information. If you create or use an account, this may include your email address, username or display name, account identifier, verification status, profile image, preferences and authentication information. If you use a third-party sign-in provider, we may receive the account details that provider makes available, such as your name, email address and provider account identifier. We do not receive your password for a third-party sign-in service.

Purchases and subscriptions. We may receive and retain information such as the product or plan, transaction or order identifier, payment status, price, currency, purchase and renewal dates and entitlement status. Payment credentials are generally submitted directly to the applicable payment provider or app store rather than to us.

Library, playback and preference information. This may include playlists, favorites, bookmarks, listening history, recently played items, radio stations, search and library activity, tuning choices, pitch and equalizer settings, playback position, settings and similar information. Where a Product supports local media, it may read file or track metadata such as a file name or path, title, artist, album, genre, format, duration and artwork in order to provide its features. Some of this information stays on your device; some may be synced to our systems or associated with an account or pseudonymous installation identifier.

Usage and technical information. We and our service providers may collect events and technical details such as pages or screens viewed, buttons or features used, app sessions, playback and listening activity, tuning and equalizer use, playlist or favorite actions, product and app version, browser type, operating system, device model, language, time zone, network information, IP address, crash or diagnostic information, advertising or app-instance identifiers and other pseudonymous identifiers. Some analytics may be linked to an account identifier when you are signed in.

Communications and information you submit. If you contact us, subscribe to communications, complete a form or submit a bug report, we may process your name, email address, message, report description, selected severity, attachments and related delivery, subscription or support records.

Information stored on your device. Products may use cookies, browser local or session storage, extension storage, device storage or similar technologies for authentication, preferences, local libraries, playback state, analytics identifiers, attribution and product operation.

Audio and page access

Audio tuning is generally performed on your device or in your browser. The Products may access audio, media elements, tabs, pages, local files or the microphone when needed for a feature you choose. We do not ordinarily send the audio content itself to our servers merely to tune or play it. However, related metadata and activity—such as a track or station identifier or name, artist, genre, duration, listening time, page or service context and tuning settings—may be processed as described in this Policy. A third-party website, stream or service you use remains subject to that third party's own terms and privacy practices.

Community Pulse and product analytics

Some Products include a Community Pulse or similar usage feature that records listening and feature-use statistics. Depending on the Product, this can include sessions, play counts and time, tracks or stations and related metadata, favorite or playlist actions, tuning and equalizer use, device details and an account or installation identifier. Where a Product provides a Community Pulse control, you can use that control to stop future Community Pulse collection for that Product or account. That control may not disable separate operational logs, security records, advertising measurement or analytics described elsewhere in this Policy.

Advertising

Some free mobile versions display advertising. Advertising providers may automatically process information such as IP-derived approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions and diagnostic information to deliver, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud. Other Product versions may not include advertising. Your device or account settings may provide additional advertising controls.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• provide, operate, maintain and personalize the Products;
• create and authenticate accounts and keep account features in sync;
• process purchases, confirm entitlements and manage subscriptions;
• save or sync libraries, playlists, favorites, history and settings when those features are used;
• measure use, understand performance and improve features;
• provide support, investigate bugs and communicate with you;
• send service messages and, where permitted, product or marketing communications;
• detect abuse, secure the Products and enforce applicable terms; and
• comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the rights of others.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, our basis may be performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, consent or compliance with law, depending on the context. You may withdraw consent where the processing depends on consent, but this does not affect earlier processing.

3. How Information Is Disclosed

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients as reasonably needed for the purposes above:

• Cloud and backend providers that host the Products, databases, files and server functions;
• Analytics and measurement providers, including Google Analytics, that help us understand product and website use;
• Advertising providers used in ad-supported versions of the Products;
• Payment and subscription providers, such as payment processors, app stores and subscription-management services;
• Authentication providers when you choose a third-party sign-in method;
• Email and support providers used to deliver messages and respond to requests;
• Content, search, radio and streaming providers used to supply or resolve content you request;
• Professional advisers, authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate fraud or abuse, protect safety or legal rights, or establish or defend legal claims; and
• A successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. The providers and features used by a Product may change over time.

4. Advertising, Sale and Sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws use the terms "sell," "share" or "targeted advertising" more broadly and may treat certain disclosures to advertising or analytics providers as falling within those definitions. Where required, we will provide the choices or disclosures required by applicable law. You can also use available Product, browser, device and platform controls to limit certain processing.

5. Local Storage and Permissions

The Products request permissions only when they are used by available features. Depending on the Product, permissions may include access to local media or storage, microphone, network state, audio controls, Bluetooth, tabs, websites, tab capture, scripting, browser storage, identity, clipboard, context menus, side panel, alarms or extension-management information.

For example, browser host and tab permissions allow the extension to find and control media on a page, display controls and route tab audio through the local tuning engine. Mobile storage and media permissions allow an app to find and play media selected on the device. Microphone access may be used for tuner or recording features. Granting a permission allows the Product to perform the related function; it does not mean every type of information available through that permission is retained or sent to us.

6. Retention

Retention depends on the type of information, the Product and why it is needed. We may retain account and synced information while an account is active; transaction and business records for periods required for accounting, tax, dispute and legal purposes; and analytics, support, security and operational records for a period reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

When information is deleted, copies may remain for a limited period in backups, logs or systems used for security and continuity. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information where it is not reasonably linked to an individual, subject to applicable law.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Available choices depend on the Product and your location. You may be able to:

• change privacy, analytics, advertising or Community Pulse settings offered in a Product or by your device, browser or platform;
• use a Product without an account where guest or local-only use is available;
• update certain account or profile information;
• unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message; or
• request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable law provides those rights.

To submit a privacy request, email contact@appums.com. We may need information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Requests are handled within the time and subject to the exceptions permitted by applicable law. Deleting an app or extension does not by itself necessarily delete an account or information already stored on our systems.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, such as encrypted network transport where supported and controls designed to limit access. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International Processing

Appum Studios is based in Israel, and we and our providers may process information in Israel, the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws from your country. Where required, we use legally recognized measures for international transfers.

10. Children

The Products are not directed to children under 13, or to a higher minimum age where local law requires parental consent. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us and we will review the request and take appropriate action.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Products may link to, embed, search or interact with third-party websites, media, radio stations, app stores, payment pages and services. We do not control those third parties' privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information to them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the Products, providers or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Policy and update its effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
