This privacy policy is written in plain English for better transparency.
This Policy covers every product made by Appum Studios, LTD. ("Appum Studios"), an incorporated company in Tel-Aviv, Israel (together, "the Products"):

- 432 Player web app at 432hz.live and the 432player.com website
It is the policy of Appum Studios to respect your privacy, and the privacy of all users of our Products. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains what data we collect, how we handle it, where it is stored, how long we keep it, and with whom it is shared. Appum Studios reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify the Policy; the date above always reflects the latest revision.

1. What We Collect
Account information. If you choose to create an account (optional in every Product), we collect your email address, a display name and a password. The password is stored only in a hashed form and is never readable by us. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address and the account identifier those providers share with us; we never see your Google or Apple password.
Content you create. Playlists, favorites, listening history, tuning preferences and settings that you choose to sync with your account, so they can follow you across devices.
Purchase information. If you buy a subscription or a one-time plan we keep a record of the plan you purchased, its status and its expiry date. Payments themselves are processed by PayPal, the Apple App Store, Google Play or RevenueCat. We never receive or store your card number or full payment credentials.
Support and feedback. Bug reports, feedback and messages you send us, together with the email address you provide so we can reply, and the delivery status of emails we send you (sent, bounced, unsubscribed).
Usage statistics. Limited, aggregated analytics events (such as feature usage counts and app version) that help us understand how the Products are used. We may use Google Analytics (see https://www.google.com/analytics/) or similar services for this. This information does not identify you personally.
What we do NOT collect
All audio tuning happens locally on your device or in your browser. Under no circumstances do we record, collect, download or copy the sound you play or any recordings you make ("Recordings"). The browser extension does not read, collect or transmit your browsing history; it only interacts with a page in order to find and retune the audio playing in it, and to show its controls. We do not collect your contacts, location, or files, and we never sell personal information.
2. How We Use Your Data (Handling)
We use the data described above solely to:
- Create and authenticate your account and keep you signed in across devices
- Sync your playlists, favorites, history and settings between your devices
- Activate the plan you purchased and grant the features it includes
- Answer support requests and act on bug reports and feedback
- Send service emails (such as receipts and account notices) and, where you have not opted out, occasional product news with an unsubscribe link in every message
- Understand aggregate usage so we can improve the Products
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your personal data for advertising profiles and we do not sell it to anyone.
3. Where Your Data Is Stored (Storage and Retention)
Account data, synced content and purchase records are stored on our backend servers, hosted on reputable cloud infrastructure in the United States. All communication between the Products and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Settings you do not sync remain only on your own device or inside your browser's local storage.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, or ask us to delete it, your personal data is removed from our active systems within 30 days, except where a legal obligation requires us to keep specific records (for example, purchase records for tax purposes) for a longer statutory period.
4. Who We Share Data With (Sharing)
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make the Products work, and only what each of them needs:
- Google and Apple for optional social sign-in
- PayPal, Google Play, the Apple App Store and RevenueCat for payment processing and subscription management
- Mailgun for delivering the emails we send you
- Google Analytics or similar services for aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics
- Cloud hosting providers that run our servers and database
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose we engage it for. Beyond that, we may disclose information: (1) in response to subpoenas, court orders or legal process, or to establish, protect or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; (2) if we believe it is necessary to investigate or prevent illegal activities, fraud or threats to the safety of any person; (3) to investigate or prevent abuse of the Products' infrastructure or the Internet in general; (4) to a parent company, subsidiaries or other companies under common control with Appum Studios, which must honour this Policy; and (5) if Appum Studios is acquired by or merged with another entity, which must assume our obligations under this Policy.
5. Security
We protect your data with industry-standard measures: encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, access limited to the employees, representatives, subcontractors or officers of Appum Studios who manage and develop the Products, all of whom are instructed to comply with this Policy. Despite these efforts, complete confidentiality and security cannot be guaranteed on the Internet; communication over the Internet is subject to interception, loss or alteration, and you acknowledge that such communications are at your own risk.
6. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You can access and update your account details from within the Products at any time. You may also ask us to export, correct or permanently delete all personal data linked to your account by emailing contact@appums.com from the address associated with your account; we honour such requests within 30 days. You can stop promotional emails at any time with the unsubscribe link found in every such email. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or a jurisdiction with similar data-protection laws, these rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
7. Browser Extension Permissions
The Ultimate 432Hz Converter extension requests the following browser permissions, used only as described:

9. Children
The Products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at contact@appums.com and we will delete it.
10. Limitation of Liability
Appum Studios, and / or its respective officers, directors, owners, officials, partners, partnerships, principals, employees, affiliates and other related entities, servants, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of any information collected through the Products by any third party, or any misuse of any information collected through the Products not in violation of the Policy.
11. Changes to This Policy
